Enhancing education process with Epson and DonorsChoose.org joint forces
The last week of Epson America and DonorsChoose.org pro-studying initiative is going by. Two companies have become partners for the second time to raise funds for K-12 public school classrooms in need. Epson donates 5% of purchase made on Epson.com to support projects of studying groups across America. The goal is to achieve $100,000 mark and help even more committed teachers to inspire their students to interact while studying and develop critical thinking.
The donating project will bring innovative technologies to classrooms to facilitate students not only in adopting results of technical advancement, but also in revealing their creativity. This will also illustrate how interesting and interactive studying process can be and turn visiting school into amusing pastime.
Previous year Epson and DonorsChoose.org contributed to 323 projects helping over 26,000 students to collect needed resources and equipment to boost their studying. Epson even provided special page, so that all the participants can share their stories. Each of the stories shows how we underestimate impact of technologies into students’ involvement, their overcoming of passive learning and how they help special learners to approve themselves.
